There is a voluntary recall of certain lots of Sterile Diluent for Humalog U-100, Humulin R U-100, and Insulin Lispro Injection U-100 provided by Eli Lilly. Some vials were found to be empty instead of containing sterile diluent. Please confirm that your vials contain diluent. If they appear empty, please contact the location where you obtained the diluent for replacement. This recall does not impact any Humalog, Humulin R or Insulin Lispro Injection drug product.
