Caitlin Montcrieff | Professional History

Caitlin Montcrieff is a pediatric nurse practitioner within the immune hematology program at Boston Children’s Hospital. She is the passionate about the clinical care of pediatric patients with immune cytopenias and is actively involved in research initiatives to improve the outcomes in the care and treatment of individuals with hematologic disorders including ITP, hemolytic anemia, and Evans Syndrome.

Prior to Boston Children’s, Caitlin worked as the Director of the Hemophilia Treatment Center and hematology nurse practitioner at Hasbro Children’s Hospital for over ten years with a focus on ITP and inherited bleeding disorders. She served as her site’s primary investigator for the ITP Consortium of North America (ICON), a research network of pediatric immune thrombocytopenia investigators from over 50 institutions in the US and Canada.
