Update your information

Boston Children's Hospital patients can update their address, insurance information, and primary care provider on the MyChildren's Patient Portal.

Change address

  • Log in to the MyChildren's Patient Portal.
  • Select account from the menu.
  • Then select my contact information.
  • Update your address under contact information.

Update insurance information

  • Log in to the MyChildren's Patient Portal.
  • Select billing from the menu.
  • Then select insurance summary.
  • Update your insurance on file.

Submit referral information

  • Log in to the MyChildren's Patient Portal.
  • Select messages from the menu.
  • Then select non-medical messages.
  • Send referral information to your care team.

Call Digital Health Customer Service at 617-919-4396. Available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

 

Change patient or guarantor name

  • Complete the form with the updated information.
  • Submit the information for review.
  • Expect two business days to update your record.
